4:15 – 5:45pm: Apres Yoga, “Release through the back, open the hips, stretch out your day”
5:45 – 6:45pm: Hot tub time.
7:00 – 8:00pm: High vibrational, delicious dinner (from chef Shalan Pozer)
8:00 – 9:00pm: Group seminar on the functional anatomy and bio mechanics of skiing, snowboard and how they relate to yoga.
